85 Young Men Graduate from Vocational Skills Programme

News

It was a day of tears, laughter, and immense pride. Eighty-five young men — many of whom arrived at the programme with nothing but doubt — stood tall in their graduation gowns and received certificates that represent not just skills, but a second chance at life.

Among the graduates was 21-year-old Mutale from Mandevu, who had dropped out of school at 16 and spent years drifting between odd jobs and bad company. "When Dr. Rozious came to our area and spoke about the foundation, I did not believe it was real. I thought it was another promise. But here I am," he said, holding up his carpentry certificate.

The graduation ceremony, held at the Foundation grounds in Lusaka, was attended by local leaders, parents, and partners from the private sector who have pledged to offer internships and employment to graduates.
