The Dr. Rozious Siatwambo Foundation was born from a deeply personal conviction: that no young man in Zambia should be left to navigate life's most difficult crossroads alone.

Founded by Dr. Rozious Siatwambo, An Entrepreneur,Philanthropist, Mentor and Author. The foundation exists to fill a critical gap in Zambia's social fabric. While progress in girls' education and women's empowerment is celebrated, the boy child has increasingly been overlooked, left vulnerable to drug abuse, crime, unemployment, and hopelessness.

We believe that empowering young men is not a competition with women's rights. It is complementary to the goal of a just, peaceful, and prosperous Zambia. Healthy, purposeful men build stronger families, safer communities, and more productive economies.

Dr. Rozious Siatwambo is a visionary leader who has dedicated a significant portion of his professional life to community transformation. His personal journey from humble beginnings to professional excellence as an Entrepreneur and Author cl is the heartbeat of this foundation.

Witnessing first-hand the devastation that drug abuse, unemployment, and broken family structures wreak on young men across Zambia's compounds drove him to act. He established this foundation as a concrete, structured response — an institution that outlasts any individual and creates systemic change.
